Seeking a software solution that offers AI-driven diarization, speaker recognition, and automated transcription, reducing manual errors and improving accessibility to courtrecords. NAVY JAG is seeking to implement Parrot transcription software system with a portable all in oneAV/IT Hardware Solution to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of record of trial production andtranscription for court-martial proceedings and other government hearings requiring transcription within theDepartment of the Navy legal communities. The software will provide audio capture for all speakers andgenerate a draft transcript for use in official legal records in compliance with Rules for Court-Martial 1112 and1114, Manual for Court-Martial, 2024 edition (current) and any subsequent updates.
