The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4 intends to issue a sole source award in accordance with RFO 12.102(a), under the authority of RFO 12.201‑1, Simplified Procedures. This action will provide the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System with continued maintenance and upgrade support for its Freezerworks Sample Management Software.
