It must be offered consumables in a separate framework agreement. The department currently carries out approx. 170, 000 immunostainings a year with mainly protocols optimized for detection systems, and an increase in the number of samples is expected in the future. The need is twofold, and the procurement will therefore include two systems with different needs: System A: Must have a capacity of at least 120 glasses/day, and with a large selection of protocols with several different reagents and visualization systems (colours) at the same time: a minimum of 50 reagent places on the instrument. The instrumentation must be fully automated for both IHC (Immunohistochemistry - both single and double staining) and ISH. System B: Must have a capacity of at least 150 glasses/day. The instrumentation must be fully automated for both IHC (Immunohistochemistry - single and double staining), IF (immunofluorescence), ISH (In-Situ Hybridization), could do SISH, as well as have the possibility of manual application of antibodies directly on glass during running. Bidders can respond to one or both subcontracts.
