73-BYM-2026 - Procurement of a general contractor for the rehabilitation of the Jesperud clubhouse
The City Environment Agency needs to rehabilitate the Jesperud clubhouse. The need is based on fire technical condition analyzes and interdisciplinary condition assessments that Norsk Eiendomstakstering AS has prepared and where Multiconsult has supplemented where necessary. Jesperud clubhouse has the following address: •Jesperud clubhouse, Fossumberget 20 B, 0953 Oslo The interdisciplinary condition analyzes have revealed that there is a need to rehabilitate the clubhouse. There are conditions such as ventilation, electricity, sanitary installations, upgrading the kitchen, fixtures and surfaces, as well as some work with the facade and outdoors that need to be upgraded/rehabilitated. The club has been granted funds by the Sparebankstiftelsen, which has laid out clear guidelines for what the funds will be used for, including recording wishes that they want to be part of the project. Other input is included as options in consultation with the manager. The fire technical condition analysis describes the need for several measures of varying degrees.
