Gladstone Regional Council requires a suitably qualified Contractor to undertake the upgrades to the existing Gladstone Wastewater Treatment Plant in the form of undertaking the construction and commissioning of the new Inlet Distribution Structure and associated works.The Scope of Work for this project has been purposefully separated into two portions, namely:• Separable Portion A: Early Works• Separable Portion B: Principal ContractSeparable Portion A is for the construction of five (5) new valved pipe connections to enable the future connection between existing rising mains and the new Inlet Distribution Structure.Separable Portion B is for the construction of the new Inlet Distribution Structure (IDS) and associated pipework to replace the operational functions of the existing inlet distribution chamber.Tenderers are invited to bid on one, or both portions of work. GRC may choose, in its absolute discretion, to award each portion to a different tenderer or award both portions to the same tenderer.
