Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the maintenance and ongoing operation of air conditioning and ventilation systems in the buildings of the University Clinical Center. 2. The order was divided into two packages: 1) Package No. 1 - building of the Center for Non-Invasive Medicine 2) Package No. 2 - building of the Center for Invasive Medicine + Dębinki Hospital + Student Hospital 3. The detailed scope of the order is specified in the draft contracts constituting Annexes 3a to the SWZ (Package 1) and 3b to the SWZ (Package 2) as well as in Annexes 6, 7, 11-14 to the SWZ) 4. The Ordering Party has the right to limit the scope of services provided by the Contractor in during the term of the contract in the following cases: a. exclusion from the Ordering Party's management of buildings containing ventilation and air-conditioning systems serviced and maintained under the contract, b. occurrence of a permanent failure of ventilation and air-conditioning systems maintained under a contract in which the cost of purchasing parts or replacing the system exceeds the financial capabilities of the Ordering Party. c. periodic exclusion of individual ventilation systems from operation, resulting from renovation works within the areas served by a given ventilation system. 5.Requirements, referred to in Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law - obligation to employ under an employment contract. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor or subcontractor, when implementing the subject of the order, employs employees employed under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Labor Code. 6.Sposo...
