INVITATION TO BID
1. The City Government of Mandaue, through the Annual Budget for 2016, intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Thirty Six Thousand One Hundred Eighty Two Pesos (P 936, 182.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of 7 kits Glucose Liquicolor etc.. Bids received that exceed the ABC shall be ejected at the bid opening.
2. The City Government of Mandaue now invites bid for the Supply and Delivery of 7 kits Glucose Liquicolor etc.. Bidders should have completed within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA9184), otherwise known as the -A"Government Procurement Act-A
