this is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in far part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

The solicitation number va244-16-q-1727 is issued as a request for quotation (rfq). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal acquisition circular 2005-89 effective august 15, 2016 and veteran affairs acquisition regulation supplement (vaar) current to january 16, 2010.
