This RFI FA301626Q0123 is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ). Participation in this RFI process will not obligate the Government in any capacity, and no reimbursement will be provided for costs associated with the submission of information. Documents
Scope of Requirement: The Government requires a single, all-inclusive solution for lodging, meals, and conference facilities from a smoke-free, family-friendly resort. Specific requirements are detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and summarized below:
Attendance: Up to 20 adults, 25 children, and two (2) Chaplain Corps staff members.
Lodging: Twelve (12) rooms for a duration of two (2) nights.
Meals: Buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner served in a private conference room.
Facilities:
A conference room capable of seating all attendees for meetings and meals.
Access to on-site family-oriented recreational activities and team-building facilities.
Amenities:
Standard audio/visual (A/V) equipment for presentations.
Furniture, including tables and seating for adults and children.
Family-friendly amenities such as highchairs and changing tables.
Pricing Structure: All costs for meals, conference space, and standard amenities must be included in a single, nightly room rate.
