The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide methadone dosing for the Tucson VA Healthcare System located at 3601 S. 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85723. Please see attached performance work statement (PWS) for specifications.
