SYNOPSIS:INTRODUCTION: In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.002(b)(2), this Sources Sought Notice is for market research and information purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for Project 673-20-107 EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (VAHCS), 13000 Bruce B. Downs Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33612-4745.PROJECT DESCRIPTION:This project addresses deficiencies within the built environment of the IT and Communication Service Lines and prepares the campus for the Cerner upgrade that is happening nationally. In addition to ensuring adequate capacity for planned growth and maintenance, this project addresses deficiencies as defined by the Infrastructure Standard for Telecommunications Spaces Version 4.0 (July 1, 2023), Solution Delivery Data Center and Infrastructure Engineering. PSRDM (Physical Security and Resiliency Design Manual) 2021 VA Standard. Like all standards, they are to be implemented to the greatest extent possible within the framework of available budgets and without negatively impacting the overall mission of serving the health and welfare of the veteran population served by the James A. Haley VAHCS in Tampa, Florida.The goals of this project are:a) Provide solutions to upgrade all deficient conditions on campus to accommodate EHRM and Cerner standards. These solutions are right sized for the actual demand loads with grossing factors.b) Coordinate Solutions with the VA staff to ensure minimal impact to existing space function and capacity and minimize down-time to services provided.c) Evaluate solutions to be sure they are in line with the project budget to provide a complete, stand alone, and feas...
