OVERVIEW
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 is conducting market research to identify potential sources for construction services for Project 658-24-102, Replace Building 2 Air Handlers, to be performed at the Salem VA Medical Center, 1970 Roanoke Blvd, Salem, VA 24153. The attached Drawings and Specifications are draft documents and are subject to change prior to release of a solicitation.
SCOPE OF WORK
Project 658-24-102, Replace Building 2 Air Handlers: Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Project 658-24-102 Replace Building 2 Air Handlers as required by drawings and specifications.
Work includes general construction, alterations, selective demolition, and certain other items as indicated in the Contract Documents.
