This is a Presolicitation Announcement for the Bureau of Reclamation 6552-HH AV CABLING & INFRASTRUCTUREThe Bureau of Reclamation¿s Missouri Basin Region Acquisition¿s office intends to solicit a Request for Quotes (RFQ) on or around February 25, 2026 as described in this presolicitation notice. The RFQ will be posted via the SAM.gov web page at https://sam.gov. The Hungry Horse AV Cabling and Infrastructure Project will modernize the HHFO by replacing analog devices, migrating to VoIP, and upgrading two conference rooms for internet meetings. The effort includes installing new circuits, replacing 120 phones, ensuring compliance with 911, Kari¿s Law, and Ray Baum¿s Act, and providing all necessary hardware and software. In addition to these upgrades, new cabling will be installed to extend communications to the gatehouse, ensuring full connectivity. The contractor will handle installation, testing, certification, and training for up to ten personnel, who will then train others, maintaining system security and emergency accessibility.Please see the attached Draft Solicitation for the most up to date information regarding this announcement and the anticipated tasks for this effort. Working hours are anticipated to be from 7:00 A.M. ¿ 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday MT, except for federal holidays. The government intends on awarding a Firm Fixed Price with a period of performance of 244 days from the time of purchase order award.The Government anticipated utilizing a total small business set aside for this acquisition. The NAICS Code for this project is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors with a business size standard of $19.0 million.
