Ingots approx. 5-6 kg with weakening to break. Non-returnable packaging. Approximate chemical composition: Al - 90-92% Si - 2-3% Zn- 2-3% Mg - 1.5-2% and others 1. The ingots should be free from internal and open shrinkage cavities - risk of explosion when added as a deoxidizer to the casting ladle. 2. The material of the ingot (Al) should be refined from impurities and hydrogen, the cross-section of the ingot it should be clean, degassed and free of aluminum oxides and other intermetallic impurities throughout its entire cross-section.
