Tender Details
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of lutetium oxodotreotide Lu-177 (Lutathera) for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and limit requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to SWZ
2. The ordered assortment referred to in section 1 The contractor will be obliged to deliver on his own behalfzt to the Department of Nuclear Medicine, UCK, ul. Dębinki 7.
3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. There is one subject of the order that cannot be divided into parts.
4. The contractor undertakes to ensure the transport of the subject of the order in accordance with the provisions of the ActAtomic Law of November 29, 2000 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1921, as amended).
5. The Ordering Party requires that the deliveries of the subject of the order be carried out in accordance with the principles set out in the relevant provisions on Good Distribution Practice.
