Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment with technical parameters specified in Annexes No. 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f, 4g and 4h to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", along with installation and training of the Ordering Party's employees.

2. The subject of this order includes the followinge parts:

Part 1 - Cardiomonitor (3 pcs.)

with technical parameters specified in Annex 4a to the SWZ,

Part 2 - Echocardiograph (1 pc.)

with technical parameters specified in Annex 4b to the SWZ,

Part 3 - Bed for intensive care (6 pcs.)

with technical parameters specified in the Annexku 4c to SWZ,

Part 4 - Hospital bed (6 pcs.)

with technical parameters specified in Annex 4d to SWZ,

Part 5 - Respirator (6 pcs.)

with technical parameters specified in Annex 4e to SWZ,

Part 6 ICU respirator (6 pcs.)

with technical parameters specified in Annex 4f to the SWZ,

Part 7 Anesthesia device (1 piece)

with technical parameters specified in Annex 4g to the SWZ,

Part 8 Hybrid incubator (1 piece)

with technical parameters specified in Annex 4h to the SWZ,

3. The above-mentioned equipment must meet the limit parameters specified in the Annexexits no. 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f, 4g and 4h to SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the limit parameters specified in Annexes No. 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f, 4g and 4h to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.
