The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and other resources necessary to perform the required services. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and other resources necessary or replace the Well Pressure Tank at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, 2500 Overlook Terrace

The Well Pressure Tank replacement shall include the removal and proper disposal of the existing Well Pressure Tank, the installation of the new Well Pressure Tank, all required gaskets and associated components, and the completion of pump testing, and the collection of potable water sampling in full compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
