UHDB Estates is seeking competitive quotes from qualified surveying contractors to conduct: Option A: a comprehensive 6-facet survey and Property Appraisals of 5 retained Estates sites : Florence Nightingale (FNCH), Queens Burton Hospital (QHB), Sir Robert Peel Hospital (SRP), Samuel Johnson Hospital (SJH), Drivability and two (2) areas under the PFI within Derby Royal Hospital (RDH): Therapy pool and Gynae Theatres, as per spreadsheet of Blocks within Appendix A in regard to use, condition and in accordance with NHS Land and property appraisal and HTM compliance as well as required under HBN 00-08 / NHS Estate code. The survey will cover all residential/commercial blocks and associated external areas to support future planning, maintenance, and development works. Option B: same as option A but more detailed conditional breakdown with regards to the breakdown per rooms.
