​Purchase of devices in accordance with the list below: 1. Mobile phone iPhone 17 with a capacity of 256 GB, black, with a power supply of at least 35 W and dedicated protective privatizing glass/protective foil - 5 pieces 2. Mobile phone iPhone 17 with a capacity of 256 GB, color white, with a power supply of min. 35W and dedicated privatizing protective glass/privatizing protective foil - 1 piece. The offered equipment must be new, unused, covered by the manufacturer's warranty and approved for the European market. Net price of the offered equipment equipment must include delivery costs to the address indicated by the ordering party. i.e. KWP Rzeszów ul. Dąbrowskiego30 The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure without giving a reason. By submitting the offer, the Contractor accepts the terms of the contract (annex to procedure) After the announcement of the outcome of the procedure, the Contractor will sign an Agreement with the Ordering Party within 5 business days. In the event of failure to sign the Agreement within the prescribed period, the Ordering Party reserves the right to withdraw from the execution of the order without the possibility of pursuing claims on the part of the Contractor and selecting the next submitted offer in the procedure.
