OVERVIEW
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 is conducting market research to identify potential sources for construction services for Project 565-26-110 Replace AHU #34, to support the Fayetteville VA Medical Center, 2300 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301. Specifications and a draft copy of the Statement of Work are attached.
SCOPE OF WORK
Project 565-26-110 Replace AHU #34: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, testing, commissioning, and incidentals required to remove the existing Air Handling Unit (AHU) #34 and furnish and install a new fully operational AHU. Work includes general construction, demolition, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls integration, and all associated tasks necessary to deliver a complete and functional system meeting VA standards, ASHRAE requirements, and all applicable codes.
Period of performance: All work to be completed within 180 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed.
MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $250, 000.00 and $500, 000.00
