1. The subject of the order is delivery to the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała at Al. Armii Krajowej 101, medicinal products according to the quantitative and generic list specified in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as "swz", under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2.The offered goods must be new and unused. 3. Delivery of the subject of the order, including transport and unloading, will be carried out at the expense and risk Contractors. Part 1 - Medicinal products used in the drug program 1.
