54-BYM-2026 Procurement of a general contractor for the rehabilitation of the Rustad artificial turf track The purpose of the acquisition is to upgrade the existing sports surface at Rustad with new artificial grass and floodlighting. In short, the project involves taking off and material recycling of existing artificial grass, replacement of leveling layer/parts of the base layer, leveling of the top layer, replacement of existing ball-catching netting, construction of a snow dump, reasphalting and new fences. After removing the artificial grass, i basically, the existing shock absorption pad is removed and temporarily stored in accordance with the supplier's guidelines and reassembled before laying new artificial grass. The general contractor must also build foundations, deliver and install posts and traverses, as well as lay draw pipes from the existing main board in the clubhouse to the light poles. The electrical work is carried out by another contractor engaged by the client after taking over. Upon completion, the pitch must satisfy the playing characteristics of the Nordic standard. By completion, the pitch must be field tested by a FIFA-credited test institute, which is carried out by the developer via another agreement. The contractual relationship will be regulated by NS 8407:2011 with the adaptations and additions that follow from the builder's contract form. The developer has planned to carry out a joint offer inspection on 29 July 2026.
