5.3.5 Contract for the purchase of metallic maritime containers for the "Biciclando Circular Economy Centers" Program in Hermosillo, Mexico PROJECT "Biciclando Circular Economy Centers" Program for the city of Hermosillo, Sonora, hereinafter "Biciclando". BACKGROUND "Bicycling" isa program with a gender perspective focused on recycling and sustainable mobility. Developed in Hermosillo, Sonora (Mexico), the program functions as a platform for the collection and recycling of urban and peri-urban waste. "Biciclando" links local communities with women vulnerables that contribute to waste collection, promoting green employment and recycling with a gender perspective through 3 components: Circular Economy Centers (CEC), the collection of recyclables and cycling infrastructure. This initiative focuses on the promotion of an ea more environmentally friendly lifestyle, with actions to promote recycling in homes, the creation of female green employment opportunities (especially for groups affected during the COVID-19 pandemic), the promotion of cycling mobility to reduce the pollution generatedd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28due to the use of automobiles, and the improvement of public space for greater enjoyment and safety.
