Tender are invited for PROPOSAL TO LEASE STATE AIRPORT LAND: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 1B, Block 100, consisting of approximately 34, 959.08 square feet (ADA-51069, successive lease to ADA-09111), at Port Heiden Airport for 33 years, to expire August 1, 2058. Applicant: City of Port Heiden. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Operation of a 10, 000 gallon av gas tank with dispensing cage and reel for fuel dispensing; operation and maintenance of a 1, 000 gallon mobile fuel truck with Jet A fuel. Annual rent: $6, 572.31, other associated fees: Fuel concession fees of $0.05 per gallon. Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., July 27, 2025, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the Lease. The Department-s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
