Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of scintigraphy sets and radiopharmaceuticals for UCK, with parameters, range, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex No. 4 to SWZ.

2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The concept of offer includes:The Contractor may submit an offer for any number of Packages.

3. The ordered product must meet the requirements specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ will result in:rejection of the offer.

4. The Contractor undertakes to transport the subject of the order in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of November 29, 2000, Atomic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1941, as amended).

5. Deliveries of the assortment will be made on the basis of partial orders. Maximum termdelivery time is 14 business days from the date of placing the order. The Contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered assortment at his own expense to the Department of Nuclear Medicine of the UCK at ul. Dębinki 7 in Gdańsk.
