Tender are invited for PROPOSAL TO EXTEND A STATE AIRPORT LAND LEASE: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-50886 (Lot 3, Block 22), consisting of approximately 25, 000 square feet, at King Salmon Airport for an additional five (5) years, to expire May 1, 2031. Applicant: GCI Communication Corp. Annual rent: $3, 000.00. Authorized uses: Non-aeronautical - Operation and maintenance of an Earth Station communication facility including antenna and equipment shelter.
