Vancouver Coastal Health (the “Authority”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services described in Appendix ‘A- to this RFP (the “Services”) with respect to the VGH Jim Pattison South (JPS) Membrane and Building Envelope Feasibility Study (VCH Project #50146) (the “Project”). The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor and general contractor/testing agency to complete the exploratory work at locations designated by the consultant. Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include: architectural, building envelope and/or roofing, code, landscaping, arborist, and structural. More information about the Project and the Services is set out in Appendix ‘A-.
