5003 - A11 - Perimeter Bac - Maisonettes - Louis-Bertrand - Construction works contract concerning CFC 25- Sanitary installations Program Localized neighborhood plan 29, 990 in development zone 3 on original land zone 5. The 3 buildings housing (A-B-C) will be organized around a common courtyard, and will rise on 8 levels, including a common basement connecting the whole. Building C, future property of the City of Lancy, will host a crèche on 2 levels, and 14 housing units, currently authorized in HLM-LUP on the next 4 floors. The 2 other buildings will offer commercial space on the ground floor, divisible at the discretion of the tenants, and up to 30 apartments on the following five levels, intended for the ZD LOC rental for building B, future property of the municipal real estate foundation of Lancy, and for sale in the form of PPE lots for building A. The operating assignments of the buildings C and B will be reversed, respectively ZD Loc and HLM-LUP. Each building, shaped like equilateral triangle of approximately 32 meters on each side, revolves around a central core of vertical distribution, which also acts as a natural light well. The cage stairs and the elevator serve three or four apartments per floor, ranging from 3 to 6 pieces, the basement, as well as common and technical spaces located in the attic.
