//Amendment 5// -- 18 Apr 2024 -- Proposal due date has been extended to 29 Apr 2024, 2pm CDT. Clause 52.228-1, Bid Guarantee, has been modified. The following paragraph has been added to Section L - Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Bidders:

BID GUARANTEE AND BONDING REQUIREMENTS: A Bid Bond is not required under the basic contract proposal; however, one may be required for future task orders if a performance and/or payment bond is required. Unless waived, performance and payment bonds will be required for task orders exceeding $150, 000.

See Solicitation Amendment - FA452824R00030001 and FA452824R00030001 SF 30 in Attachments/Links. Offerors must acknowledge this amendment in their proposal. Acknowledgment may be made in Section 19 of the SF 1442, by signing and including the SF 30 with their proposal, or by separate communication referencing the solicitation and amendment.
