Description : Invitation to Bid for
5 UNITS SOLAR LIGHTS FOR SMES AND 9 PUROKS
1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of San Miguel, through the Barangay Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP 150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 5 UNITS SOLAR LIGHTS FOR SMES AND 9 PUROKS under PR # 2026-06-128. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Local Government Unit of San Miguel now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.b...
