THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and another written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number M0023626QR010 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) using the commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 12201-1.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 and DFARS Publication 20260313.
The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Recruit Depot- Parris Island, SC intends to solicit and award a purchae order for an acquisition of the relocation of 4th Marine Corps District Head Recruiting Statation (RS) Raleigh (HQ) office, 2300 Rexwoods Drive, Suite 100, Raleigh, NC 27607 to a new office at 4000 Westchase Blvd, FL5, Raleigh, NC 27607. This solicitation is issued as a 100 % Small Business set-aside and the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 484210 with a size standard of $34, 000, 000.
