Project management contract for the construction of a real estate complex in Ifs Project management contract for the construction of a real estate project bringing together a 3* hotel with 70 rooms, a restaurant (approx. 350 m²), a tertiary building (approx. 2500 m²) and an activity building (approx. 2100 m² on floor space), supplemented by a parking lot with 240 spaces. The low environmental impact of the building, its quality of use, its flexibility, its reversibility and its energy performance are priorities for the Project Management. With this in mind, the Project Manager is expected to provide a design that allows it to offer the most relevant technical solutions and presents an optimized cost/durability ratio.
