The contract will include 49 NSNs including life support items (oxygen masks and pressure indicators) and other items including valves and headset/helmet items used on various weapon systems including the F15, F16, & C130. Other interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than April 2, 2026. The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis as supported by a justification and approval (J&A) for Other than Full and Open Competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and Noo Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The estimated award is November 15, 2026. 10-year contract anticipated, covering 2-year base with (4) four 2-year option periods.
