This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both SAM.gov and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N0018925QG124. It is the responsibility of the vendor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov/far and https://www.acquisition.gov/dfars. This is a brand name requirement. The NAICS code is 332911 and the Small Business Standard is 750 employees.NAVSEA SS521-AA-MAN-010 U.S.Navy Diving and Manned Hyperbaric Systems Safety Certification Manual provides specific guidelines that must be followed for the certification of new and existing USN diving and mannedhyperbaric systems. One of the certification requirements is to maintain configuration management of all certified USNdiving and manned hyperbaric systems including all parts/components as defined within the Scope of Certification (SOC). Replacement of any parts/components within the SOC must be the same make, model and/or part number as previously contained in the Pre-Survey Outline Booklet (PSOB) or certification will be void.
