Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is delivery to the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biaej at Al. Armii Krajowej 101: 1) dressing and operational materials Part 1; according to the quantitative and generic list specified in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Order Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the SWZ, meeting the quality parameters specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting for Parts 1-3 Appendix No. 4a to the SWZ, and for Parts 4-5 Appendix No. 4b to the SWZ.2. The goods offered must be new and unused.3. Delivery of the subject of the order, including transport and unloading, will take place at the expense and risk of the Contractor.
