1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of laboratory reagents for pre- and postnatal tests using microarrays along with the lease of a scanner for UCK with parameters, range, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annexes No. 4 and No. 5 to the SWZ. 2. The ordered assortment must meet the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer. 3. Leased scanner incl additional equipment, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", must meet the limit parameters specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the limit parameters specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer. 4. Leased the equipment will be delivered along with the accessories necessary for its proper functioning.
