The procurement services of the City of Turku's corporate administration is asking for applications to participate in a competitive negotiation procedure, which targets the job search and career coaching services of the City of Turku and the member municipalities of the Turku employment area involved in the procurement for the period 01.01.2027 (target) - 31.12.2028 + option for the period 01.01.2029 - 31.12.2030. The objects of the procurement are described in the attachments of the request for participation. The attachments to the request for participation are preliminary and will be specified during the negotiation rounds. PROCUREMENT SERVICE City of Turku acquires a coaching service for use by customers of the Turku employment area. This is a procurement that exceeds the national threshold in accordance with the e-appendix of the Procurement Act. The procurement is divided into the following sub-areas: Sub-area 1. Turku region (Turku, Raisio, Kaarina, Lieto, Paimio, Masku, Mynämäki, Naantali, Nousiainen, Rusko and Sauvo) and Turunmaa (Parainen and Kemiönsaari) Sub-area 2. Vakka-Finland (Laitila, Uusikaupunki, Kustavi, Pyhäranta, Taivassalo and Vehmaa) Sub-area 3. Loimaa region (Loimaa, Aura, Oripää and Pöytyä) Sub-area 4.
