preparation of comprehensive design and cost estimate documentation (hereinafter referred to as the Documentation) for the reconstruction and expansion of the internal gas installation along with equipping the premises with standard heating and domestic hot water from an individual dual-function gas boiler, and ventilation for two municipal residential premises no. 6 and 7 located in the building of the housing association at ul. Dugosza 10 in Bydgoszcz. The design documentation should include in particular the following scope of work: 1) reconstruction of the internal gas installation under designed gas receivers, 2) adding existing cookers and designed dual-function boilers along with radiators and central heating, hot water and condensate drainage installations; 3) adding decommissioned tiled stoves and hot water heating devices utility; 4) designing exhaust gas discharge from condensing boilers and installing ventilation in accordance with the attached chimney sweep opinions.
