Description of Services/Introduction:
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, additional facilities, transportation, and all other non-personal services necessary to perform frequent, annual, preventive maintenance, and repairs as required on the five (5) aerial lifts listed above. The contractor shall perform all services to the standards set forth in this contract and in accordance with each manufacturer's specific guidelines.
GENERAL:
This is a non-personnel services contract to provide recurring inspections and maintenance for the following five (5) aerial lifts for the 452d Maintenance Squadron (452 MXS):
One Genie S-80X High Reach (Serial# S80X13-10285)
One JLG 1250AJP High Reach (Serial# 0300123488)
