The Bernhard barracks in Amersfoort is home to, among others, the Education and Training Command (OTCo) of the Royal Netherlands Army and is important for preparing operational units. The real estate is very outdated and that is why Central government real estate company to renovate and renovate the barracks on behalf of Defense. In the coming years, the barracks site will undergo a large-scale renovation that is expected to last until 2037.
