Purchase of One (1) unit of Groundwater Level Sounding Device/Sensor for use in Groundwater Assessment of Environmental Quality Management Division

1. The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the LDRRMF under Trust Fund of FY 2022 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (P 220, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in the excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
