The 436th Contracting Squadron plans to issue a direct award to Dominion Air & Machinery Co. (SAM UEI: G5NJKNAMHH13) to fulfill the specific requirement outlined in the attached Salient Characteristics.
The Government intends to procure from a single source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), which allows for soliciting from a single source. Dominion Air & Machinery is designated as the exclusive authorized source by Kaeser Compressors, Inc. for purchasing and installing Kaeser air compressors along the East Coast Region.
