Network Rail is seeking market insight into how suppliers would support the incremental, backlog‑driven enhancement of an existing application, rather than a system rebuild or the provision of an off‑the‑shelf product. The purpose of this PME is to gather information on: -Market capability and capacity -Delivery and resourcing models -Commercial approaches -Key risks, constraints and opportunities This engagement will help shape Network Rail`s future sourcing and commercial strategy.
