This acquisition concerns housing, and covers approximately 200, 000 m² and approx. 220 buildings. The mapping is carried out based on NS 3424:2012/G2:2020 and the registrations are structured according to NS 3451:2022 Building part table and system code table for buildings and associated outdoor areas. The mapping must result in one final report per property/building, and BKE's own templates for reporting must be used and it must be entered in Plania. The purpose of the condition report is to get an overview of the backlog in the building stock. Together with proposals for measures with costs, this should provide a starting point for a 10-year maintenance plan for each property. The client has assessed the climate and environmental impact associated with this acquisition of consulting engineering services. The services mainly consist of consultancy and analysis services, and the procurement has, by its very nature, a climate footprint and an environmental impact that is immaterial, cf. procurement regulations section 7‑9 fifth paragraph.
