The contract is described in more detail in the attachments of the request for tender. The target of the repair is a group home at Isonniitynkatu 4 in Helsinki. Building facades washed, plastering damage repaired, plastered facades covered with maintenance paint. In addition, on the north facade, the downspouts (2 pcs) on the corner of the building near the main entrance and the gutter will be partially renewed. Wooden parts of facades, wooden terraces, wooden windows and wooden doors on the outside are renovated and maintenance painted. The work is carried out in accordance with this job description.
