Project Summary: This bid package is for the rehabilitation of three (3) residential units, two (2) in the front building and one (1) in the rear cottage of the property. Scopes of work for this RFP: Find scope of work summary below and the full scope of work as an attachment. • The scope of works includes: • Window replacement • Exterior façade repairs • New systems, including HVAC and Electrical Systems (full decarbonization) • New finishes, including flooring, painting, doors, and hardware. • Two (2) Kitchens and two (2) Bathrooms refurbishment LBE Goals: The LBE goal for the entire project and this specific RFP has been set to 20%. The project sponsor will prefer proposals that meet the LBE subcontracting goal at time of proposal. Additionally, for this General Contractor RFP, LBE prime proposers may count their self-participation towards the 20% LBE subcontracting goal. Bid discount or rating bonus: • 10% for LBE proposers. • 7.5% for JV partnerships with the LBE JV partner comprising at least 40% of the JV partnership.
