4-BYM-2026 Market research - Framework agreement for securing rock cuts and slopes
The urban spaces include common areas such as roads, streets, squares, meeting places, parks and open spaces, sports and outdoor facilities and areas in the countryside and inner Oslofjord. The Norwegian Environmental Agency is in the planning phase of a new framework agreement for the protection of rock cuts and slopes. The framework agreement will cover the need for protection of rock cuts and slopes in Oslo municipality, both new cases and maintenance of established safeguards. Execution of the contract works may involve the use of, among other things, rock bolts, rock safety nets, loose mass struts, erosion nets and shotcrete as well as vegetation spatter and mechanical cleaning of cuttings with removal of cleaned masses. The competition is scheduled to be announced autumn 2026. In order to be able to set correct environmental requirements and requirements for due diligence assessments in the competition, we would like answers to the attached questions, see two attachments. We would like to point out that all information you provide is treated confidentially, and is only intended for use in connection with the preparation of an upcoming competition.
