This Service Contract establishes the terms, conditions and scope of work under which the Contractor shall provide Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance (BM) services for laboratory equipment operated by KM-WQS. All listed maintenance activities for each type and model of equipment must be carried out by an authorized, competent and manufacturer certified service provider, in accordance with the latest ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, manufacturer specifications, and relevant safety guidelines. The Contractor shall ensure that all services are conducted using approved methods, tools and spare parts provided by KM-WQS with full documentation and traceability.
