Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR

3DS Secure System (EMV 3DS 1.0 and 2.0) Implementation and 3 Year Hosting Services

1. The United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB), through the Approved Corporate Budget(ABC) of 2021 intends to apply the sum of USD 336, 000.00 (Inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges, including insurance coverage if applicable) for 3D Secure System (EMV 3DS 1.0 and 3DS 2.0) Implementation and 3 Year Hosting Services - Project Identification Number:ITB-10606-3DS-201001 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The UCPB now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be within 8 months from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within 3 years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
