1) The City Government of Zamboanga, through the Annual Budget FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Nine Hundred Ninety-eight Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (P12, 998, 700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Other Supplies and Materials Expenses under PR No. 100-26-06-1513. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Zamboanga now invites bids for 3, 939 units Learner-s Table and Chairs. Delivery of the Goods is required Ninety Calendar Days (90 CDs). Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project and whose value must be equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC.
